Zainab is the older sister of SEBUGWAWO RAMATHAN, who is also part of the C4C family. Their mother died in 2015. They didn’t have anywhere to go after their mother’s burial as their father had remarried and abandoned the children, so the authorities asked Martin if we could take them.

As the Monaco team was visiting near this time, we agreed to admit these 2 siblings, their feet were very badly infected so we had a doctor fix the infection. They are now growing into very healthy girls and are very helpful around the house.

Zainab is very happy now but still finds regular school a challenge. She will get there in the end.
